Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of your item.
- Standard Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for domestic orders.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using this number.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Return and Refund Policy
Custom-Made Products – No Returns:
- All products are custom-made by Pix & Props and printed specifically for you once ordered. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
- Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately, and due to the custom printing process, we are unable to resell or restock any products.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming, as custom items cannot be returned.
No Returns Except for Our Fault:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, wrong size, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist with your return or refund, we will need:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective or damaged item.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly or file a claim with them.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued once we confirm the issue (e.g., damaged or defective products). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
