Round-Trip Travel Fee

For clients beyond our standard service area, we offer a transparent, all-inclusive travel option to ensure your event runs smoothly—no surprises, just seamless service.

What’s Included
 

• Scheduling:  Dispatch, with arrival guaranteed at least 60-120 minutes before your rental start time.
   

Pricing Details

• Base Radius: First 15 miles (round-trip) included at no extra charge
   
• Rate: $1.00 per mile (round-trip) beyond the base radius
   

Example:
Client location is 40 miles one-way (80 miles round-trip)
 15 miles included → 65 billable miles

65 miles × $1.00/mile = $65 Premium Travel Fee
