Glam to Go Photo Booth provides a hassle-free, budget-friendly way to capture unforgettable moments at your event. Delivered to your venue, set up, and left for you to operate—this service allows you and your guests to enjoy all the fun of a photo booth without the need for an attendant.

📸 DROP-OFF PHOTO BOOTH ONLY: BOOKING POLICIES. RESERVATION & PAYMENTS

 

  • Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of [ 25%] is required to secure your date.
  • Final Balance: The remaining rental balance is due in full [14] days prior to the event.
  • Equipment Security Bond: A $3,000.00 pre-authorization hold is required for all drop-off rentals. This hold will be processed 24 hours before delivery. Equipment will not be delivered if the hold is declined.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [30] days before the event will forfeit. Cancellations within [30] days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your date once, subject to availability, if requested at least [30) days in advance. A rescheduling fee of $[50] may apply.

3. DELIVERY & SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  • Access: The Client must ensure a designated contact is on-site for delivery to sign the Handover Checklist.
  • Space:  The Client will assign an appropriate 8′ x 8′ space, a minimum of 7.5′ of ceiling clearance and a 6ft long table or 2 short tables for the Photo Booth at the event's venue.
  • Power: A dedicated, grounded 110V/15A power outlet must be within 5 feet of the booth. We provide one 5ft extension cord; using unauthorized cords is prohibited as it may damage the electronics.
  • WiFi: For instant digital sharing (text/email), a strong, stable WiFi connection is required. If WiFi is not available, photos will queue and send once the booth returns to our studio.

4. OUTDOOR EVENTS & WEATHER

  • Mandatory Shelter: Outdoor setups must be under a professional-grade tent or permanent structure with at least three walls of protection.
  • Shutdown Policy: If weather becomes unsafe (rain, snow, or winds >15mph), the Client is responsible for moving the booth to an indoor backup location immediately.
  • Heat Protection: Booths cannot operate in direct sunlight. If the unit overheats and shuts down due to improper placement, no refunds will be issued.

5. USAGE & LIABILITY

  • No Moving: Once installed, the booth must not be moved. Moving the booth significantly increases the risk of damage to internal components.
  • Supervision: While this is a "drop-off" service, the Client is the "Guardian of the Gear." No drinks, food, or unattended children are allowed within 10 feet of the booth.
  • Technical Support: We provide a 24/7 "On-Call" number for technical issues. If a problem occurs, the Client must call/text immediately so we can troubleshoot remotely.

6. EQUIPMENT RETURN

  • Pickup Time: Pickups are scheduled. If the booth is inaccessible or the venue is locked, a $100.00/hour "Waiting Fee" will be charged.
  • Final Inspection: A preliminary inspection happens at pickup. A final technical inspection is completed within 48 hours at our warehouse before the security hold is released.

✅ HOW TO FINALIZE YOUR BOOKING

 To move your inquiry to a Confirmed Booking, please complete the following:

  1. Sign the Rental Agreement and Booking Policies.
  2. Pay the Retainer/Deposit.

 IMPORTANT:  PAYMENT DETAILS:  Payment must be received within 1 hour of signing the agreement OR the contract will automatically be considered VOID.

4. Submit a valid Credit Card for the secure file (via our encrypted link).

5. Upload a photo of your Driver’s License for ID verification.

 Note: Equipment Security Bond Your card will not be charged; a temporary hold will be placed 24 hours before your event and released after our post-event inspection.

Refund and Release  

If the equipment is returned in its original condition, the pre-authorization will be voided/released. Note: Some banks may take 3–5 business days to reflect this release on your statement.
