Rental Agreement Procedure

1. Review the Agreement: Take a moment to carefully read through the entire rental agreement. It includes important details about your event, our services, and the terms and conditions of your booking.
    
2. Fill in Your Event Details: Provide the necessary event information, including the event date, time, location, and estimated guest count. This helps us prepare and tailor our services to fit your needs.
    
3. Confirm the Rental Fee and Payment Terms:
    
   • The total rental fee will include the base rental cost plus 8.25% Colorado tax. Please review this total carefully to ensure accuracy.
      
   • Double-check the deposit amount and payment schedule. Make sure you’re comfortable with the payment terms before proceeding.
      

1. Sign and Submit: Once you’ve reviewed and filled in the details, sign the agreement to confirm your booking. You can submit it electronically or return it via email.
    
2. Payment: After submitting the signed agreement, you will receive an invoice for the deposit. The remaining balance will be due closer to the event date, as outlined in the agreement.
