- Fill in Your Event Details: Provide the necessary event information, including the event date, time, location, and estimated guest count. This helps us prepare and tailor our services to fit your needs.
- Confirm the Rental Fee and Payment Terms:
- The total rental fee will include the base rental cost plus 8.25% Colorado tax. Please review this total carefully to ensure accuracy.
- Double-check the deposit amount and payment schedule. Make sure you’re comfortable with the payment terms before proceeding.
- Sign and Submit: Once you’ve reviewed and filled in the details, sign the agreement to confirm your booking. You can submit it electronically or return it via email.
- Payment: After submitting the signed agreement, you will receive an invoice for the deposit. The remaining balance will be due closer to the event date, as outlined in the agreement.
